Shipping Taste Of Paris LLC guarantees that your order will be processed within 2 business days and generally on the same or next business day. All orders must be prepaid unless authorized by us. All out of stock orders can be postponed until available or credited upon client's request by email. Even though Taste Of Paris LLC will make every effort to maintain inventory of every product for sale on the Taste Of Paris LLC website, back orders may happen. In this event, Taste Of Paris LLC may communicate an estimated availability and shipping date of shipment, may cancel the order of the out-of- stock item, hold shipment of entire order until the product is available, or make a partial shipment of the in-stock item first and the out-of-stock items when available. Shipping Method Taste Of Paris LLC uses Fedex and USPS to ship your orders. Please be aware that dates of shipment are estimated and are not guaranteed. Chocolate products are specially packaged and shipped in temperature controlled packaging so that it will arrive in perfect condition, no matter how warm the climate. Products are shipped overnight (including Saturday delivery) 2nd day shipping or standard (up to 7 business days) shipping. Due to temperature variation across the country, we may also choose not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. PO Boxes Taste Of Paris LLC will NOT ship to PO Boxes Damaged shipment The customer is responsible to check the integrity of the received package in front of the shipping carrier. If there is damage, the customer is responsible to report the damage to the shipping carrier and to communicate damage to Taste Of Paris LLC within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Taste Of Paris LLC will contact the shipping company for inspection of the merchandise box and will then issue credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise or will replaced the merchandise depending on the agreement between the purchaser and us. Returns Taste Of Paris LLC will refund any unopened merchandize if returned within 15 days of shipping reception. Return shipping must be prepaid and will not be refunded. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to authorized returns received after 15 days and a 25% restocking fee will be applied to unauthorized returns. Products cannot be returned after 15 days. You might be asked to send the unopened merchandise back to the origin address. Shipping cost will be refunded. The accurate order will be shipped back within the next 48 hours of package received.
